2) A reflection on the feedback you received from your last pitch.
I thought it was hard coming with a new idea that compared to my first idea which I fell in love with. I thought it was important to provide a more happy and dedicated feel from my voice and make consumers more excited about the product. I also talked more about how convenience is key in this idea.
3) What did you change, based on the feedback?
I didn't get that much useful feedback on my presentation skills last time so I used my own criticism to focus on appealing more to consumers and being more excited in the camera.
Hi Alyssa,
ReplyDeleteI don't necessarily think you had to change your original elevator pitch idea, so you can definitely just stick to your first one if you liked it! For this one, I think the assignment was to revise the idea based off the peer reviews you received. I liked that in this elevator pitch, you took matters into your own hands after not receiving good feedback. You definitely conveyed a sense of excitment and was clear in speaking.

Hey Alyssa, I am curious as to why you changed your original idea if you loved it so much. Regardless, you did a great job with changes you made in this presentation. I felt a sense of confidence and excitement in your voice which is really important when you are trying to pitch something. I would suggest editing out the first couple seconds where you aren't talking and standing up just for the sake of professionalism. Other than that our pitches were pretty similar with both of us showing interest in our business, and the pitches being around the same length. ReplyDeleteHey Alyssa,
ReplyDeleteI think you did a very good job in your pitch. Im a bit confused as to what you did with your first one and why you thought you had to switch your original elevator pitch, it sounded like a good pitch. Its a really good thing that you tried being more excited in the video you can definitely see you tried, i should've probably tried improving in that too for my video.
